- Fill in our web form and let us know all the details about your event – what, when and where.
- We will get right back to you with pricing and options, or a suggested package that might suit your needs.
- Our ice cream van will be at your event serving unlimited ice cream during the time you booked.
What you need to know:
- We generally cater to events in the Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Blue Mountains, and Canberra areas, but will certainly venture farther on some occasions – so if you are anywhere in New South Wales, let’s talk!
- Minimum booking is 1 hour, but we will suggest a duration based on the number of guests at your event – we want to make sure nobody misses out on getting their tasty frozen treat!
- We are owner operated, and our van comes always staffed with experienced ice cream machine operators
- Our ice cream van is 7 metres long, so your location will need to have space to accommodate it safely.
- All bookings are paid in advance, so hosts and guests alike can relax and enjoy the event.
- Choose the package you want: single menu or full menu (everything on the board)
- Customised or personalised sundaes with themes: coloured sprinkles, flavoured toppings, coloured cones … and these are just the beginning!
